Teri L. Mills-Manuel is a Counselor/Play Therapist who joined the staff of Center for Biblical Counseling in September 2006. She came to CBC from Hope for Life Counseling Center in McKinney, Texas. Teri holds her Master of Education in Counseling from the University of North Texas. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same university.
Teri's clinical experience in the mental health field includes individual and group therapy. Teri specializes in play therapy, working with children and adolescents dealing with depression, abuse, low self-esteem, and behavioral problems. She also works with adults dealing with family of origin issues, such as survivors of childhood abuse, adult children of alcoholics, and other difficulties related to growing up in a dysfunctional family. Teri, her husband Lindy, and their sons live in the McKinney area. |
