Premarital Counseling

premarital.jpg

The decision to marry is one of the most important choices we make in life. Preparation for marriage involves much more than detailing a beautiful wedding. My desire is to help you establish a marriage that will bring immense joy and worship for a lifetime.

What is Premarital Counseling?
It is a process of thinking about your future marriage that moves past finding a blueprint and trying to "get it right", to pondering how to express wholeness and engaging fully with one another and God.

Why a counselor versus a group or individual at a church?
It is one-on-one focus with your relationship, and it is confidential.

What will we gain?
A heart to see God's beauty in your marriage, a heart to see your spouse's beauty, and God's heart for your marriage.

How long will it take?
Typically, 8 sessions. Each session is 50 minutes.

State of Texas Marriage License:
Upon completion of your 8 sessions of premarital counseling you will receive a Certificate of Completion, which will allow you to receive a discount on your State of Texas marriage license.

Great marriages don't just happen ... you have to grow them! A crucial part of having a great marriage is preparation.
